Enhanced City Packages
Within cities where broadband frequencies for wireless applications require a precise understanding of interference, 3D visualization becomes a significant tool. Enhanced City Packages are built for extremely detailed planning within city centers or city extents. The databases are produced from aerial stereo photo pairs, high-resolution satellite image stereo pairs or LIDAR data.
A standard package includes such datasets as:
- Digital Surface Model (DSM or Canopy DEM)
- Digital Elevation Model (DEM or DTM)

- Clutter
- Building footprints
- Linear vector data including street vector
- Orthorectified image
- Text data
DEM: 1-5m resolution, extracted from 1:10,000 scale maps, satellite imagery or LIDAR data
DSM: 1-5m resolution, extracted from satellite imagery or LIDAR data
3D Buildings: extracted from satellite imagery or LIDAR data
CLUTTER: 5-meter resolution, extracted from 1:10,000 scale maps or satellite imagery, ten to fifteen classes, such as:

LINEAR VECTOR: extracted from 1:10,000 scale maps and satellite imagery, ten to twelve classes, such as:
