1:100,000 Scale

The 1:100,000 scale map is used by the ground forces, and designed for studying terrain and assessing tactical properties in planning combat operations, in organizing troop coordination and control in large formations, in performing orientation and targeting, topographic referencing of elements of troop orders of battle, and determining the coordinates of enemy objects and targets. It is used in the design of military engineering structures and execution of activities in the engineering equipment of terrain.

The available maps cover Europe, former Soviet Union, China, South East Asia, Middle East, North and North East Africa, Cuba and partially the United States. The series is available in paper, raster or georeferenced raster formats.
