Specifically, all digital files will be readable and usable (no corrupt files), all files will be named and categorized correctly, and will otherwise conform to expectations and standards set forth in this Agreement. For any instances in which these standards are not met, Licensor will rectify the problem in a reasonable amount of time, in accordance with the support and service requirements listed above.
