DAFIF is a complete and comprehensive database of aeronautical data, including information on airports, airways, airspaces, navigation data and other facts relevant to flying in the entire world, managed by NGA. EVC makes this valuable dataset available for use directly into your GIS project, by offering it in common vector formats like Shp, Tab, and others.

Beginning October 1, 2006, DAFIF was withdrawn from public distribution. Access to DAFIF was restricted to certain US Government-approved entities.

EVC offers the most recent version that was made available, that being Edition 8, dated 2004.
